Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SignNext Studio application, distribution features, and E2EE share utilities, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

1.Services and License

SignNext Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our web app signing software, ota wireless installations, and local peer-to-peer file sharing mechanisms. This license is granted solely to test and distribute lawfully compiled software builds under your control.

2.Acceptable Use & Code Conduct

You agree that you will not compile, encrypt, host, or transfer any packages that:

Contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, or other malicious payloads.
Infringe upon intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets.
Violate native platform developer licenses (e.g. Apple Developer Program License Agreement, Google Play policies).

3.Limitation of Liability & No Warranties

**Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind.** SignNext Studio, its contributors, and developers make no claims regarding service uptime, database key safety, or application signature viability. Under no circumstances shall SignNext Studio be held liable for developer account suspensions, profile revocations, device soft-locks, or any indirect data losses stemming from system operations.

4.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignNext Studio and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

5.Termination of Use

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to any accounts, IP addresses, or active PIN distributions that fail to comply with these terms, or present security risks to our infrastructure.

6.Governing Law and Modifications

These terms shall be governed in accordance with local regulations. We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those modified terms.
