1. License and Use

SignNext Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app signing software and backend services for compiling and signing your iOS and Android applications.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our signing tools to distribute malware, spywares, viruses, or unauthorized modified apps. You are solely responsible for compliance with Apple and Google Developer Program licenses.

3. Liability and Warranties

Our software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. SignNext Studio shall not be liable for any developer account suspensions, provisioning profile revocations, or data loss arising from signature procedures.
